Ruffles - Lilly Belle

What a beautiful combination - Ruffles - Lilly Belle . Melissa sent me some pics and just a mmmmm 'few' measurements - well really ooodles of them, seemS she likes numbers just a bit!   Which was ever so helpful and I have my fingers crossed, but fairly confident this will be a great fit for her little girl.
